Josephine Ofori Adofo is an Economist Consultant working with the Data and Methods Production Unit of the Development Data Group and the Office of the Chief Economist, Africa Region. Prior to this position, she was a WBG-African Fellow at the World Bank. Her research interests are in labor markets, human capital, and poverty. She holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and an M.A in Economics from Youngstown State University.
