Joshua Goldstein is a PhD candidate at Princeton’s Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs and a consultant in the World Bank Group’s GICT Department. With a regional interest in sub-Saharan Africa, he has worked extensively on technology policy and open development projects with the United States Government, Google Inc., and UNICEF.
