Jossie Fahsbender is a consultant at the World Bank Jobs Group. She works on analytical projects on labor markets and good-quality jobs in Colombia, Mexico, and Chile. Jossie has more than 6 years of experience working on development projects, mainly in Latin America and the Caribbean. She is also a Program Manager at IMAGO Global Grassroots, a non-profit organization that helps other organizations scale up. Previously, Jossie worked for three years with the Rural Development Division of the Inter-American Development Bank. She collaborated on the impact evaluation of rural development projects in seven countries of Latin America and the Caribbean. Before joining the IDB, Jossie was an analyst at the Department of Economics Studies at the Central Reserve Bank of Peru. Jossie holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Universidad de Piura, and a master’s in Public Administration in International Development (MPA-ID) from Harvard Kennedy School.
