Juan Luis is an economist who currently serves as coordinator of DaTax, the World Bank’s tax microdata lab. He holds an M.A. in Economics from the Universidad Nacional de La Plata. Before joining the World Bank, he held several public office roles in Argentina, where he developed his expertise and interest in the intersection of public finance, taxation, and technology.
