Juan Miguel Velásquez is a transport specialist with the Global Road Safety Facility and is the focal point for Latin America for the Bloomberg Initiative for Global Road Safety, where he leads the agenda on safer streets and mobility. He also supports the work on improving road safety data management in the region. Juan Miguel is a civil engineer and holds a master’s degree in transport.
