Juan Samos is a Principal Industry Specialist within the Global Transport Team at IFC. Before joining IFC, he worked in the private sector as a concessionaire, with firsthand experience in preparing and implementing USP-generated projects, and as an advisor for public administrations on how to arrange successful PPP schemes in airports, ports, roads and mass transit.
