Juanita Caycedo is a consultant at the Education Global Practice at the World Bank, and specializes in fostering alliances for skills development and youth employability. Her expertise includes partnerships management, program design, implementation, and research in 21st skills development in Latin America. Prior to joining the World Bank, she worked as a consultant for the Education Division at the Inter-American Development Bank focusing on transversal skills development. Juanita holds a master’s degree on Project Management from CECO in Madrid, Spain.
