Zheng Jia (Judy) is an Urban Development Specialist at the World Bank. Her work at the Bank has covered a range of lending and analytical projects in China, Papua New Guinea, Lebanon, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Myanmar, and Bahrain on municipal infrastructure, urban regeneration and upgrading, cultural heritage and tourism, regional development, urban-rural integration, technologies in urban development, and urban resilience. Before joining the World Bank, she worked in Southeast Asia, China, and South Asia. She has published several urban policy papers in edited books and international conference proceedings. Judy holds a Master in City Planning from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and a Bachelor of Architecture from Tsinghua Univ., China.
