At the same time Julia has actively participated in projects focused on Public Investment Management providing support and technical assistance to public authorities in multiple ECA countries. Her involvement includes assisting in the preparation and review of project proposals, policy preparation and implementation of PIM procedures. In addition, Julia has been recognized for her contributions in delivering trainings and workshops for different administration levels. Julia holds a BA in Hospitality Administration from Southern New Hampshire University and an MS in Investment and Real Estate Management obtained from the University of Gdansk.
