Julia Rachel Ravelosoa is Senior Economist in Social Protection in the Africa Region of the World Bank. She has led operations and analytical work on social safety nets, crisis responses, labor market, poverty and vulnerability as well as impact assessments. She studied in France and Madagascar and holds a degree in Statistician Economist Engineer and a Masters in Applied Mathematics in Economic Sciences.
