Juliane Jansen, a German national, is a Junior Policy Analyst at the Budgeting and Public Expenditures division of the Public Governance Directorate at the OECD, where she works on governance of infrastructure PPPs, capital budgeting and related topics. Juliane has a Master’s degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Copenhagen and a Bachelor’s degree in International Economics from the University of Tuebingen, Germany. Before joining the Governance Directorate, Juliane worked in the OECD's Trade and Agriculture Directorate's Development Division on policy issues in the agricultural sector, such as adaptation to climate change and water demand. She has also conducted research at the German Institute of Global and Area Studies in Hamburg, the Institute for Applied Economic Research in Tuebingen and the Hanns-Seidel Foundation in Buenos Aires.
