Julie is a Principal Investment Officer at IFC, where she has worked for the past six years covering infrastructure investments in the MENA region. Within IFC, she works in the power and water sectors across the region focusing on West Bank and Gaza, Iraq, and Jordan.
Before joining IFC, Julie worked for EDF and other utilities in Europe and was involved in the financing of various energy projects in developed and emerging countries. She is a French national and has a Master’s degree in International Economics from Sciences Po Paris, and an MBA from the Columbia University and London Business School joint program.
