Julie is a Program Analyst in the World Bank’s Middle East and North Africa region, where she works on inclusive service delivery, municipal finance, territorial development, and forced displacement, in addition to supporting project teams on operational quality and knowledge management. She previously worked at the Inter-American Development Bank's Office of Evaluation and Oversight, at the Brookings Institution, and in the World Bank’s Latin America and Caribbean region. She holds a Masters of Public Policy from Georgetown University and a BSc in Economics from the University of Warwick.
