Jumana Qamruddin, MPH, is currently a Senior Health Specialist with the World Bank’s Health Nutrition and Population (HNP) Global Practice. She has over 15 years of experience in the field of international development on a wide range of topics including health reform, health financing, disease control, program management, evaluation, and evidence-based policy development. Jumana has worked on a number of global and regional priorities including ebola, malaria control, nutrition and early child development. She has been on the forefront of supporting countries in designing and implementing innovative mechanisms to achieve results including on Results Based Financing for Health, ICT, and multisectoral service delivery platforms. Over the past few years, her growing interest and expertise is in integrating innovation processes including design thinking in developing and delivering programs, policies and services.
