Juul is an Economist in the Social Protection and Jobs Global Practice, working in the Middle East and North Africa region and focusing his time on Yemen and Egypt. Prior to his work in MENA, he worked for six years at the World Bank Jakarta office with the government of Indonesia and Timor-Leste on cash transfers design and implementation, social assistance delivery systems and on targeting methodologies. He holds a MSc. in Public Policy and Human Development and a BA in International Relations – both from Maastricht, his hometown.
