Kamal Nath Jha, Senior Manager, IPE Global is a seasoned development professional with sound academic and research background. He is presently involved in strengthening of community monitoring of schools using technology under World Bank supported project on “Enhancing Teacher Effectiveness in Bihar Operation.” Prior to this he was involved in implementation of Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA) and Rashtriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyan (RMSA), two of the most important national flagship programs of India to improve elementary and secondary school quality education delivery mechanism. Earlier while working with UNICEF and Save the Children he worked for the empowerment of PRIs and other grass-root organisations to promote community participation in service delivery mechanism in school education. Kamal has master’s degree in Political Science from Jawahar Lal University, New Delhi.
