Kari Hurt is a World Bank Senior Operations Officer based in Nepal. She has over two decades of technical and operational expertise in the health sector reform and health systems development in South Asia, East Asia and Eastern Europe. She has provided technical guidance to governments in health service delivery and financing and operationalizing changes in those areas. She holds an MA in Public Administration and International Development.
