Karin Kaechele is a Carbon Finance Specialist at the World Bank's Environment and Natural Resources Global Practice, based in Washington, D.C. Kaechele works on forest, landscape, biodiversity and climate change issues.
Kaechele previously worked with the Bank's Climate Change department. She holds a master’s degree from the School of International and Public Affairs, Columbia University, in environmental Science and Policy. She also has a master’s in environmental science from the University of Sao Paulo (Brazil) and a bachelor’s degree in Biology from the Federal University Minas Gerais (Brazil).
