Karol Madoń is an economist in the Institute for Structural Research. Karol has worked on issues of automation, evaluation of labor market policies, global value chains, and their economic and social effects. He is particularly interested in the impacts of automation, labor-saving technologies and global trends on labor market outcomes. He graduated from the international program in Models and Methods of Quantitative Economics (QEM), coordinated by Université Paris 1, and is enrolled in a PhD program at the SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
