Dr. Katharine Vincent works on climate change adaptation, disaster risk reduction and gender with Kulima Integrated Development Solutions in South Africa. In 2019, through a collaboration with Cowater International and the World Bank, she has been part of a team supporting four African Regional Economic Communities to mainstream gender in their disaster risk reduction.
