Katy Bullard is a consultant working on teacher issues. She has worked with students from preprimary to university level in Kenya, South Africa, and Bangladesh, and has conducted research on curriculum, student-centered pedagogy, refugee education, and girls’ education in Kenya, Burkina Faso, and Greece. She also worked in Sierra Leone designing teacher trainings and other education programming and has worked with organizations such as the Global Partnership for Education, the UNESCO International Bureau of Education, the OECD, and Theirworld on education research and policy. Katy holds a master's in international education policy and a graduate certificate in child protection from Harvard.
