Kaushal Joshi is the regional coordinator for International Comparison Program (ICP) for Asia and the Pacific. Kaushal’s work supports statistical capacity building in developing Asian Development Bank (ADB)-member economies covering a wide range of official statistics including legal and institutional strengthening of statistical systems. Prior to joining ADB in 2007, he served in the Indian Statistical Service, where he managed large-scale sample surveys, national accounts statistics, and national statistical strategy. He has 28 years of experience in official statistics development.
