Dr. Ke Fang is a Lead Transport Specialist currently based in New Delhi. His primary areas of expertise include urban and regional planning, transportation planning, and infrastructure development policies. He joined the World Bank in 2001 as a Young Professional. Since then, he has worked on various World Bank supported projects/initiatives in different countries such as Bangladesh, China, India, Indonesia, Nigeria, Pakistan, Venezuela, and Vietnam. Prior to joining the World Bank in 2001, Dr. Fang was an urban planner practicing primarily in Beijing. He holds a B.A of Architecture, a Master of Engineering and a PhD in urban planning from Tsinghua University. He attended the Special Program of Urban Planning and Studies (SPURS) at MIT during 2000-2001.
