Kees Kostermans, M.D., M.P.H., is Lead Public Health Specialist for the South Asia region at the World Bank, where he works on health programs in Pakistan, Afghanistan, and Sri Lanka. Before joining the Bank, he worked for Médecins Sans Frontières, the Netherlands.
