Kelly Johnson is the Senior Strategy and Operations Officer in the People Vice-Presidency Front Office. She covers partnerships, strategic engagements, operations, and change management. A social protection specialist by background, Kelly has worked in numerous countries in Africa and South Asia, helping clients build human capital by investing in resilient service delivery systems, that respond to shocks, and developed the Bank’s human capital strategy for South Asia. Kelly holds a master’s degree from the London School of Economics in Development Management and Bachelor of Arts from Queen’s University.
