Kelvin Mutagwaba is a External Affairs Consultant at the World Bank Tanzania office. He holds a degree in Political Science and Public Administration from the University of Dar es Salaam. He is currently pursuing his postgraduate degree in Development Management at the University of Dar es Salaam.
