Kenslyne Lele is an in-country Analyst working with the Vanuatu Health team under the Pacific Health program of Advisory services and analytics. She works within the Public Finance Management area and in her role with the World Bank, works on analytical pieces to provide evidence and recommendations for policy dialogues on resource allocation to be evidence based with the government through the Ministry of Health. Working with the government of Vanuatu, Kenslyne helps to ensure budget allocation for health is evidence-based and resources are used efficiently. Kenslyne holds a degree in commerce, majoring in Accounting and economics from the University of the South Pacific.
