Kerenssa Kay is a member of the Global Survey of Public Servants. She is a Lead Policy Advisor in the Ministry of Justice (MoJ) of the UK. She is Evidence Lead of the MoJ Gender Equality Network and Information and Data Assurance Lead for the Strategy & Innovation Directorate. Prior to joining the MoJ she was a Survey Technical Lead at the World Bank based in Washington, DC.
