Kevin Hempel is a senior consultant and business executive with over 15 years of experience in improving the employment situation of disadvantaged groups, such as youth, women, and migrants. Working across education, labor market, and other policy areas, Kevin leads program design, technical assistance, and operational research, including evidence reviews, labor market analysis, institutional capacity assessments, and evaluations. He is also the author of several guidebooks on labor market interventions and a frequent speaker in training courses for government and donor agency staff. Kevin is the Founder of Prospera Consulting and holds an M.A. in International Relations and Economics from Johns Hopkins University, School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS).
