Civil engineer, specializing in transport, urban mobility, and development, Khadim CISSE has 15 years of experience in transport. He started his career as a senior transport engineer with the NOVEC Consulting Engineers in Morocco, he then joined the Executive Council for Sustainable Urban Transport (CETUD) in 2017, where he currently holds the position of Director of Studies and Strategy. In his capacity, he contributes to the elaboration of policies and strategies in the field of urban mobility in Dakar and pilots several major projects such as the global restructuring of the Dakar public transport network and the sustainable urban mobility plans (PMUS) of the Dakar and Mbour agglomerations.
