Kieran Byrne is an Impact Evaluation Analyst at the Development Impact Evaluation (DIME) unit of the World Bank. Prior to joining the DIME team, Kieran was placed in the Rwanda Revenue Authority as an Overseas Development Institute (ODI) fellow. He holds an MSc Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
