Kimberly Bolch is a Junior Professional Associate in the Poverty Global practice at the World Bank. She currently works to support knowledge, learning, and innovation efforts related to economic analysis on poverty and inequality dynamics, gender equity, labor market outcomes, and distributional impacts of public policy in the Europe and Central Asia region. Prior to joining the Bank, Kimberly served as a Fulbright teaching assistant at the Federal University of Minas Gerais as part of a US Department of State initiative for educational outreach and public diplomacy. She holds a B.A. in International Studies from Washington University in St. Louis and is an alumnus of the School for International Training where she conducted research on financial inclusion and female entrepreneurship in northeastern Brazil.
