Knowledge management analyst

Kimie Velhagen is a knowledge management analyst in the Governance Global Practice of the World Bank. With over ten years of experience in communications, knowledge management outreach, and project management, she has managed content development for several web and multimedia platforms for the Climate Investment Funds, and the Treasury Financial Technology unit at the World Bank, and the Credit Knowledge and Learning at the IFC. She currently engages in and supports knowledge management-related technology trainings and awareness activities.
 
Prior to joining the Bank, she worked as a membership strategist officer for Haribon Foundation, an environmental NGO in the Philippines.
 
Kimie holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from De La Salle University in the Philippines and a master’s degree in environmental science and policy from Johns Hopkins University.
