Kirti Devi is a Municipal Finance Specialist and provides sector level technical guidance and due diligence for programs and activities under PPIAF’s Sub-National Technical Assistance (SNTA) Program.
Before joining the World Bank, she worked for international development firms in the U.S., and for the USAID-funded Financial Institutions Reform and Expansion Project in India, on sub-national finance for water and sanitation, affordable housing, energy efficiency, and urban development.
Kirti holds a Master of Planning from the Center for Environmental Planning and Technology, India, and a Master of Business Administration from Georgetown University.
