Konstantin M. Wacker is an associate professor at the University of Groningen, Netherlands. He has worked and consulted for the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund, the European Central Bank, the United Nations, and the Austrian Central Bank. His research investigates the challenges of macroeconomic development in the context of globalization.
