Kristin Strohecker is a Senior Learning Specialist in LLI Knowledge Exchange and Learning department. She is leading the scaling up of mentoring across the WBG to a more deliberate and strategic approach institution-wide. She also leads the user and administrative support services for staff and client learning and the corporate monitoring and evaluation of staff learning. In her spare time, she is an acupuncturist, herbalist, and kitchen chemist who dabbles in making natural body products.
