Kristoffer Welsien is a Senior Water and Sanitation Specialist at the World Bank with 20 years of international experience in the water sector. He holds master’s degrees in economics and Econometrics and has served in roles at the UN World Food Programme and the World Bank. He has been working for over 15 years with World Bank operations, in Africa, East Asia and more recently in India where he currently leads two larger water projects.
