Kweku Opoku-Agyemang is a Development Impact Lab Postdoctoral Fellow at the Blum Center for Developing Economies, University of California, Berkeley, where he works on the political economy of development, behavioral economics, technological change and related fields. Kweku holds a PhD from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, an MA from Ohio University, and a BA from the University of Ghana.
