Lucy Kruske is a Consultant at the World Bank, specializing in education policy and workforce development projects. Her work focuses on the future of work, skills development for employability, employer engagement practices, and the implementation of adaptive methodologies to drive effective outcomes in development. In the past, she managed the global skills community of practice to foster collaboration and incubate innovative solutions for addressing technical and operational challenges in skills development policy projects. Before joining the World Bank, Lucy led human capital initiatives for multinational corporations in Europe and North America. Lucy holds a Master’s degree in International Development from Harvard University and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from North Carolina State University.
