Ma. Fiorella (Lala) Fabella joined the World Bank in September 2020 as a Senior Water Supply and Sanitation Specialist. She is based in the Manila Office. Prior to joining the Bank, Lala occupied senior management positions with private water companies in the Philippines for more than 20 years. She has worked on regulation, business development, wastewater projects and operations, and program management. Lala holds an MSc in Environmental Science in Civil Engineering from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a BSc in Biology from University of the Philippines at Los Baños.
