Lalita Moorty is a Program Leader for Belarus, Moldova and Ukraine. She is based in Kyiv and covers macroeconomic and fiscal management, trade and competitiveness, financial sector, governance, poverty and gender. Ms. Moorty joined the World Bank in 2000 and has since held various positions including in Africa, South Asia, and in Corporate Finance.
