Lamiaa serves as a Senior Logistics Consultant for the World Bank Group with the Macroeconomic, Trade and Investment (MTI) Global Practice in the East Asia and Pacific Region. She also works with the Global Trade Team on projects in Europe, Africa, and Caribbean. Lamiaa is an international logistics specialist with hands-on experience in Supply Chain Management and Logistics. Throughout her career, she developed a four-lens approach to logistics as: (1) a senior consultant to the government through the World Bank Group, (2) a lead consultant to international manufacturers in Estonia and Malaysia, (3) a freight forwarder in Estonia and Singapore, and (4) a manufacturer in China.
She has a Master’s degree in International Management from the University of Nantes’ School of Economics & Management, and a Bachelor expertise in Management Sciences at the University of Paris Dauphine in France. Lamiaa has also Certificate Supply Chain Professional (CPSP) from the Association for Supply Chain Management and a diploma on Port Management from Lloyd’s Maritime Academy & North West College in England.
