Landry Kuate is a Ph.D. candidate in Economics at the University of Ottawa. His primary research interests lie at the intersection of environmental economics, human capital, development economics and climate change. Landry also investigates the labor market implications of the low-carbon economy transition. Prior to joining the Ph.D. program, Landry holds a master's degree in economics from Laval University. Landry currently works as a consultant at the World Bank Group within a Macroeconomics, Trade, and Investments (MTI) Global Practice since he joined the institution through the African Fellowship Program in 2021.
