Laura is a Research Analyst at the World Bank Human Development Chief Economist Office. She is an economist with experience in education projects in Latin America and health analysis in Kenya. Her work experience includes The World Bank, and the Interamerican Development Bank in Washington DC, the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (CEPAL) in Santiago de Chile, and research projects at the Fundación para la Educación Superior y el Desarrollo (Fedesarrollo) and the Universidad del Rosario in Bogota, Colombia. Laura is an economist with a degree from the Universidad Nacional de Colombia and a Master’s degree in Economics from Universidad del Rosario in Bogota.
