Laura Keenan works in Communications for Timor-Leste, Papua New Guinea and the Pacific Islands and is based in the Sydney office. Prior to joining the World Bank, Laura worked for NGOs in the United Kingdom and subsequently South Asia, where she focused on a number of issues relating to development. In particular she has looked at natural resource management, women's rights and health systems and has a special interest in agriculture and rural development.
