Leandro Puccini Secunho is a Senior Debt Specialist at the World Bank, having joined the institution in 2018 with over 15 years of public debt management experience in the Brazilian Debt Management Office (DMO). In the Brazilian Ministry of Finance he was the Head of Front Office and Deputy Head of the DMO. In the WB, he has been leading and collaborating in technical assistance programs and activities in over 20 countries with greater focus on debt management strategies, government bond market development and cash management.
