Leo brings fifteen years of strong professional experience in the field of environmental management for various sectors in the Gulf Region. He led several environmental technical programs, managed conservation projects, and performed various environmental roles covering the public and private sectors in the Middle East and in the Philippines. He also worked with the UN World Food Programme based in Rome, Italy where he developed the framework for environmental and sustainability management system for the organization and the UN system. Leo completed his MSc in Carbon Management from the University of Edinburgh. He enjoys playing squash and loves spending his free time with his fourteen month old daughter, Loise.
