Leonardo Valente is a consultant at the Global Facility for Disaster Reduction and Recovery (GFDRR), where he helps manage relations with European donors and assists in the management of the City Resilience Program. He holds a master’s degree in international development from Sciences Po’s Paris School of International Affairs and a bachelor’s degree in international relations from New York University.
