Mr. Leroy Phillips is a Youth Leader, disability advocate and radio broadcaster from Georgetown, Guyana. He has a weekly radio show on disability-related issues called “Reach out and Touch” and is a student of Communications at the University of Guyana. Mr. Phillips has received international recognition for his youth Leadership and disability advocacy and was awarded the Queens Young Leaders Award 2015 (bestowed by the Queen of England). He was also a member of the West Indies cricket team that participated in the Blind Cricket World Cup in India in February 2017.
