Leylac Naqvi is a consultant working for the World Bank on governance programs in Myanmar. She previously consulted for the former Singapore-based UNDP Global Centre for Public Service Excellence and Save the Children, and worked in program development for The Asia Foundation in Pakistan. She holds a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy from The Fletcher School at Tufts University and a B.A. in International Relations from Mount Holyoke College.
